This Web Site is provided by DIY Bondage and is available only to persons over the age of legal majority who can form legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law. If you do not qualify, you are not permitted to use this web site. By subscribing to DIY Bondage, contacting us, and/or placing an order with us, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older; that you are familiar with all local laws in your area affecting your legal right to access adult-oriented materials; that you have the legal right to access adult-oriented materials and DIY Bondage has the legal right to transmit them to you; that you are requesting adult-oriented materials for your own private enjoyment and that you will never share these materials with a minor or in ANY WAY make these materials available to a minor.

DIY Bondage takes its consumer responsibility seriously and as such we abide by The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, which can be viewed on The Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) web site.

• Arrangements for payment and date for delivery of goods
  • Arrangements for payment
    All payments, unless otherwise agreed by prior arrangement, are made via the PayPal secure payment processing system.
  • Date for delivery of goods
    Under normal circumstances, UK orders will be delivered within ten (10) working days of the date that your payment clears.
  • Under normal circumstances, International orders will be delivered within seventeen (17) days of the date that your payment clears.
  • The "Date for delivery of goods" is an estimation only. Orders may take less or more time to be delivered. You can check the status of your order at any time by referring to the instructions sent to you in your order confirmation e-mail.
• Your right to cancel the order
  • You have seven (7) days from the date immediately following the date you receive the goods to return them (i.e. if you receive the goods on the 1st of the month the first day of the seven (7) day cancellation period would commence on the 2nd day of the month and your right to cancel the order and return the goods will expire if the goods are not shipped to us on the 9th day of the month at the latest).
  • All returns must be unopened and unused, marked "RETURN - ORDER NUMBER" (see your invoice for the order number) and be received by us in the same condition as they were shipped to you.
  • You must notify us by e-mail at returns@diybondage.co.uk prior to shipping any goods back to us and only ship the goods when we have replied to your notification and accepted your return. You must stipulate why you are returning the goods.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods in the same condition as we shipped them to you we will refund your initial order in full by making a PayPal refund or by sending you a cheque.
  • The cost of and organising the return of goods to us at our business address (shown above) is your responsibility. We will only pay return shipping costs if the goods received by you are not as described on our web site when you placed your order or we agree, by prior arrangement, to refund your shipping costs.
• Substitute Goods
  • We do not ship substitute goods in the event your product choice is "out of stock" or unavailable. If a particular product is "out of stock" our shopping cart will not allow you to place an order. You will, of course, be able to place an order for alternative products that are in stock.
